At 2 Angels Mushrooms, we practice sustainable agriculture. All of our farm-raised mushrooms are grown without pesticides or chemicals. Farm-raised varieties will vary according to the season. Spring and fall mean Shiitake, Wine Caps, and various oyster mushrooms.  In the summer, we will have tropical mushrooms, like Pink Flamingo. In winter look for Blue Oyster, Elm, King Trumpet and more. We try to bring you new and different mushrooms on a regular basis. Venetian OysterOyster mushrooms are named for their shape as they grow, which looks similar to an oyster shell. | Combs ToothLovely to look at and completely delicious! It's mild crab flavor makes this one a favorite. |
Freshly harvested Shiitake mushroomsShiitake is available in spring and fall generally. We grow Shiitake naturally outdoors on logs. Log grown Shiitake has the richest flavor | Baby Shiitake mushroomsThese were the very first mushrooms we ever grew. |
Almond PortobellosThe portobello mushroom you know and love, but with a twist. We grow this rare variety that has the flavor and fragrance of almonds. It's truly wonderful. Look for this mushroom in late summer and fall. | Chicken of the WoodsYes, it really does taste like chicken! This is a firm, meaty summer mushroom that is great for grilling. |
Elm MushroomsThe Elm has a full-bodied mushroom flavor that is wonderful. Look for these spring, summer and fall. | Pink Flamingo MushroomsOne of our most popular mushrooms. This tropical variety loves heat and is available in the summer. You will love its bacon-ham flavor. |
