GROWING WITH THE SEASONS
At 2 Angels Mushrooms, we practice sustainable agriculture. All of our farm-raised mushrooms are grown without pesticides or chemicals. Farm-raised varieties will vary according to the season. Spring and fall mean Shiitake, Wine Caps, and various oyster mushrooms. In the summer, we will have tropical mushrooms, like Pink Flamingo. In winter look for Blue Oyster, Elm, King Trumpet and more. We try to bring you new and different mushrooms on a regular basis. You can learn what we are bringing to market each week by joining our email list.
